MSN Blocking Youtube Links??

Ever since yesterday, it's impossible to send a Youtube link to somebody on MSN. Anything that has "http://youtube.com" or "www.youtube.com" in it won't get sent. Also doesn't work with "http://ca.youtube.com", etc.

Googlepages and DeviantArt links are blocked as well. Wtf is Microsoft up to?

  1. It’s better now, I tried it again today. It seems to be delivering the links again…

  2. Well, there are some pieces of malware which use Windows Live Messenger as a vector for spreading themselves.

Have you ever received those annoying messages from David C?

I don’t see why YouTube or DeviantArt needs to be blocked, though. Perhaps it’s the fact that they’re not owned by Microsoft???
